I can access my movies and tv shows from the individual apps, but not from the library tab. That only shows the family members circles. This has been going on since the newer 4K model came out (I have 2). I have close to 3,000 titles and believe the size of the library is the problem. I would like to be able to see the 4K section.

That's not what we want to happen when you try to view 4k content on the Apple TV.
If you can't watch or stream movies and TV shows in the Apple TV app
Make sure the Apple TV is up-to-date. If you haven't already try restarting and viewing this content again.

It is up-to-date. I have 3 Apple TV4K boxes, one first generation, and two latest generation and they all have the same issue. I can only access my movies and tv shows on the Movies and TV apps. The Watch Now library tab WILL NOT load my purchases and that is the spot that groups the 4k movies together.

Since that library isn't loading like it should, it might be best to Get Support directly from Apple from this point on. They'll able to delve a little deeper than we can here.
