"Review Apple ID Phone Number" notification keeps popping up.

I continuously get the notification to "Review Apple ID Phone Number", and since I don't want to change my trusted number, I click "keep trusted number". Then a few hours later I get the same notification again. This happened twice two days ago, four times yesterday, and twice today already. I only have the notification on my phone because when I sign in to icloud on a browser, the notification isnt there. Does anyone know how to fix this?
