How to find which app is using watch mic?

Hi there, I’ve had to reset and restore my watch from a backup but now my watch keeps showing an orange mic - I never saw this previously unless using Shazam.

I’m assuming an app on my watch is now constantly listening to everything but how do I tell which one?

• Siri is off
• Shazam is installed but would previously only listen when I’d launch the app
• I can’t find any settings for Shazam on the watch

Does anyone know how to find apps that use the mic and how to make them only use the mic when launched?
