How to get refund from Dropbox?

I never signed up for Dropbox and a month late mr they charged me $212 I am an RN why would I need Dropbox abd I cancelled it immediately abd reached out to Dropbox claiming fraud also PayPal they denied it and said to contact apple. I need this money I’m a single mom with a deadbeat ex husband. Dropbox is stealing money and I am going to channel 2 Houston news Wensday with this bc I’m apparently not the only one. Please help
