I got water in my earbuds, can they be fixed?

I got water in my earbuds, can they be fixed? Accidentally wore them in the pool for a few seconds, now there is bad static in the right one. Any way to repair the damage?

laws may differ around the world but in most countries anything but food products comes with a warranty, it's the law of the land not a choice of the shop / manufactorer

Thanks,

I bought them at Costco with no warranty, so it will cost me more to repair them than replace them. So I will wait until the new Apple Air Buds Pro II come out this year and buy those instead.
