Dictation is deleted as soon as it spoken laid out and then removed but why?

Voice to text still deleting The narration spoken when message stops the verbal speak and backs up to delete and erase situation. how do we fix this?

I have been trying for at least a dozen times to send a message as my hands cannot text in the pain that I’m feeling with arthritis and the voice text is just not working as it’s deleting everything that I verbalize once it is laid out and backtracking to delete it leaving me with no ability to send messages to friends that I need to connect with
