Turn Off the iPhone, then turn in On again.
Or try to do a Force restart iPhone -> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)
Three fingers didn’t work because that wasn’t checked in my iPhone Zoom Keyboard Shortcuts. I finally got the screen back to the proper size; then went into Settings, then Accessibility, then Zoom and turned Zoom off. If you want to keep using Zoom, go into it and check the Zoom Controller. That will allow you to use Single-tap, Double-tap and Triple-tap in the future. You can also use the Adjust Zoom Level to allow you to tap and slide on the controller to adjust the Zoom level. As for me, I’m keeping Zoom off.
