Setting of my new iPad

I need the phone accessibility for my iPad. Yesterday, Apple’s lady helped but

she could not find the problem and she told me to help today at 2:45pm Hawaii time. But I did not have any call from Apple.

Verifying a Call:


A. Call History Log:

Look in your call history long. Is anything in there?


B. Look at an eMail:

Apple would have sent you an eMail about an upcoming phone call with them. So, refer to that eMail with how to contact Apple back.
