Private relay Apple ID email

Hi

I have purchased tickets for the Women's euros and it is electronic tickets only, I have downloaded there app where the tickets are put into but instead of connecting my email address to account it gave me a private relay address so all my tickets are connected to that

I have no idea on how to assess this account and uefa are not being much help

dose anyone come across this before? Or know what to do
