My iPhone 11 get very hot and has scorch marks on the top right corner of the screen

Start here:

Keeping iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch within acceptable operating temperatures

However, if it is getting so hot that there are scorch marks, it should not be used and should be checked immediately:
