Apple Watch Series 3 Activation Locked
I second hand bought a Apple Watch series 3 and can’t get logged in to it because it’s still activated locked or somthing to the previous owners old phone. How do I bypass all that

You can't bypass it;
The person that you bought/got this watch from needs to follow all the steps on this page;
Remove the Activation Lock so that the buyer can use it.
If they can't or won't then get your money back or recycle the watch and mark it down as a bad experience.
