On connecting to my hot spot, it tells me I have weak security and to change it. How do you do that?

What router/device is providing your Hotspot?
Make and model number please. Serial number is NOT needed.
Unfortunately, the online specs don't tell us much at all about this Hotspot.
Check with Verizon to make sure that the Hotspot is using WPA3 security.
