PICTURE CD FROM MAC TO MICROSOFT

I am going to scan phots for a friend who has Microsoft. I have a new Mac mini and will make CD's for him. Will the CD's work on his Windows pc?

Generally, cd’s and dvd’s that you burn using a Mac can be read by PCs running windows! Have fun with your project!
