Connecting a hearing device

On iPhone or iPad, Go to settings > Bluetooth, select the device and select “forget this device”.

On a Mac, select the Bluetooth icon in the menu bar, select your device and unpair

In order to "unpair" that BT device, go to Settings>Bluetooth... tap the "i" in blue circle next to the name of the hearing aid, then tap "Forget This Device".
