Hello, my phone recently broke and my dad went to get it replaced at AT&T. They transferred my phone via iCloud without asking if I backed everything up (which I didn’t ) my last backup was from 2020. They wiped my old phone and now I lost 2 years worth of photos notes and other information. Is there any possible way of getting it back somehow ? Thanks!
Hello ~ Sounds like you may have no options. Perhaps you exported your photos to another service or to friends and family? You may not have been able to back the iPhone up after it was damaged anyway. Be sure to backup your iPhone every night while charging.
