Using iPhone to access BBC World Service: Failure!

If I wish to use iPhone to listen to BBC World Service, I’d normally click on the “BBC News” icon and then select “Live” (upper right corner of display). The display would then change to “BBC NEWS WORLD SERVICE” with a “speaker” icon in lower left corner.

Normally… the current programming would commence following a “click” on the “speaker” icon.

Now (and for the past ~10 days), this announcement appears WITHOUT any audio:

“Media Resolution Failed” + 2 choices: “Dismiss” and “Try again”.

Accessing “BBC World Service” via MacBook or iMac proceeds quite normally!

I would suggest that you contact BBC News iOS app developer team about that.

Use these instructions:--> How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
