Does not charge, it will start to charge then stop charging. Multiple outlets, cables and bricks used. I’ve done 2 factory resets/restore and multiple “ normal” shut down/resets. This solution lasts about 3 days then the iPad will no longer charge again until I factory reset or soft reset.

An iPad mini 6 has USB-C. That's a bit different with the port since there's a piece in the center.
It is a bit more interesting in that it can connect to standard hubs and even provide power to other USB-C devices, although I haven't really tried it. I tried connecting a USB keyboard and mouse combo.
Based on what you've done, I would recommend scheduling an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation.
At this point it should still be under warranty since they've only been available for less than a year. Probably needs complete replacement.
