Just wonder if your MacBook Air has good enough free space of SSD.

If it does and if your MacBook Air has intel processor, try to reset SMC as well as NVRAM could solve the issue.

When I downloaded monterey it was for 1hour and 30 minutes on this screen with 0 minutes remaining. Plugin the macbook and wait at least that time before doing anything else

If the battery is drained, charge it.

I can't read the fuzzy pic, do you mean 0 minutes left downloading? If so, how long has it been downloading?
