Getting Contacts on to an iPhone:

Sync Through iCloud:

Enable Contacts in iCloud on this phone. All will sync, if Contacts is set up in iCloud. Go Here: Set Up and use iCloud Contacts - Apple Support

On Your iPhone:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Your Name (Top Item)
3. Tap: iCloud
4. Tap: Contacts (so that it is green)
