An iPhone 6 isn't capable of 13 or above. If you've encountered an issue while updating to 12.5.5, describe it in this thread.

An iPhone 6s won't be on any version of 12.5.

iOS 12.5.5 is the end of the update road for the iPhone 6. You can't go any further.

As Niel says above, if you have iOS 12.5.5, it can not be an iPhone 6S.

You have an iPhone 6. If you want to use Twitter, you will need a newer phone.
