Using an iMac as a second monitor
Does anyone know if I can use a iMac Pro 2018 B as a second monitor to my laptop?

No, Target Display Mode died in 2014, the final shovel of dirt was when Big Sur was released. Please buy an external display if you need one, fr easier than Target Display Mode ever was and less expensive as it does not require expensive cables.
