Network provider is locked

How do I contact my network provider of my iPhone please, according to what I learn that, there is fee to payed by my provider. I want to know and could I have done to operate my iPhone again.

Who is my carrier / netwerk provider?:

Go to -> Settings -> Mobile network -> scroll to Network selection you can see who your carrier is.

Then call or visit them, search their phone number / address via Google.


there is fee to payed by my provider.
