I have charges I don't recognise

i have received this below msg :

Apple iTunes/ 20.99   

apple.com/bill

I have not done this , what is that ?

Sorry to hear that.


If you visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com and authenticate, you should be able to see the charge and the Apple ID associated with the purchase.


Be sure to also check the other Apple IDs that may be linked (i.e. if you're apart of a Family Sharing group and have Purchase Sharing enabled).


If you don't see a charge on your Apple ID, including the Apple IDs in your Family Sharing group, and you don't see a pending or posted charge on any of your credit/debit cards I would disregard this email. You can contact the Apple Support team to double check.
