Can I pair an Apple Watch Series 1 to an iPhone 13?

The Apple Watch Series 1 requires an iPhone 5s or later with iOS 11 or later, so yes, you would be able to pair it with an iPhone 13.

Suggested steps from the article:

Make sure that the Apple Watch isn't already paired.
Unpair Apple Watch if you have its paired iPhone
Erase Apple Watch if you don't have its paired iPhone
Reset Apple Watch if you don’t know its passcode

If the pairing process stalls follow these steps:

1. Press and hold the Digital Crown while your Apple Watch is in pairing mode.

2. Tap Reset when it appears on your watch.

3. After your watch resets, you can pair again.
