Subscription/ Payment Method

I keep trying add new payment method or update it but it keeps declining and now it's telling me to visit apple support. please help me

Make sure you follow these steps - If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


However, if it wants you to contact Apple Support, you probably have to now. See here - Payment Declined - Apple Support
