Actually I tried my two previous Apple ID but couldn’t log in because the phone number linked to them can’t be accessed to get the verification code. This happened last year, so I had to create a new Apple ID which I am still using but ever since those two failed Apple ID that couldn’t fully login will show up requesting to fully verify them ever since then which is not quite fun

Where is it popping up? What are you doing when it pops up? More information would help.

Reference being able to sign into the two older IDs, see if anything here helps. If necessary, you can use account recovery as explained in the link at bottom of the article.
