camera notification

suddenly got a notification on my iphone 12 saying my camera may be an unknown part? I haven’t repaired or done anything to my phone since I receive brand new around Spring 2021, not have I dropped it or anything. It was working perfectly fine. Suddenly my camera went black and wasn’t working. When I restarted my phone I got this notification and only my .5 zoom on the backside of the phone won’t work?
