How to remove Music App from Apple Watch

I don’t use Music app and wish to delete it on the watch but can’t find any directions in this forum. Please advise how to remove this Apple app. Thank you.

Tap on screen time.

Then tap content and privacy settings

Then tap on iTunes and App Store purchases

Then tap on deleting apps and set this to allow.

Thank you but these suggestions don’t work in my case.

Music is not listed among the apps on the iPhone and the Music App on the watch doesn’t have an option to delete when swiping left.

We have two iPhone 12 and two Apple Watch 5. Screen time is enabled on both phones and don’t remember how but we had success in removing Music app from one of our watches.

Thank you again. Content and Privacy wasn’t enabled on this phone so we enabled it. Still see no option when swiping the Music app on the watch.
