Can I use an Anker power bank for superdrive

I have an MI iPad Pro. Anker power bank is multiported USB, and apple C , card slots and Hdmi slots

Want to use Superdrive and or import export from external portable drives.

But I am wondering if the dual drives, and in particular the Dual Drive Luxe, are also compatible? I am wanting to purchase the 256GB drive. Btw, I notice that the SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Luxe USB Type-C Flash Drive 64GB and 128GB is listed for sale in the Apple Shop online. (But the 256GB drive isn’t listed.) So perhaps it IS compatible. Surely Apple wouldn’t have it for sale if it wasn’t. Maybe it is compatible with Mac computer but not iPad.

iOS/iPadOS fundamentally does not support connection of any optical media drives - including the Apple SuperDrive As such, direct access to optical media (CD, DVD, BD) is not possible.

You’ll need to access this optical media using another computer, such as PC or Mac.

Ipads do not support dvd drives.
