I want clear my blance its only 0.5 I want change the country but because of that 0.5 it’s saying to clear the Amount how can I clear that 0.5 please help me

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method for the excess amount; if you can't, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
