Downloading Garageband Again

A while back I deleted Garageband to free up some space, I’m trying to download it now but when I press download it’ll complete the download circle but then when I press the app it just downloads all over again. Any suggestions?

GarageBand won’t reinstall on IPad I didn’t use GarageBand over Christmas holidays, having used it almost daily for work and now it needs me to download it from cloud….but it won’t! I get message “try again later”. I have so many projects on it and I can’t even get to them to save. I've done a big storage clear, but don’t understand why it was fine 2 weeks ago and now isn’t?

All my GarageBand files are GONE My GarageBand was offloaded because of lack of space but last time I did this when I opened it everything was still there, this time I opened and all my songs are gone, there is nothing, not even in the cloud or deleted files. How can this happen? Everything I ever worked on was there, it is simply missing now I don’t understand
