Is there a way of retrieving a deleted video from my iPhone?

I made an 18 mins video of fire works in our club from 9:10-9:30 pm tonight July 4th and accidentally deleted it

is there a way of retrieving it?

You can open the recently deleted folder in your photos app, go to photos > albums > scroll all the way down > click on recently deleted > click on the video > click recover.
