I am trying to make an appointment at an apple store
I just want to make a service appointment at my local apple store but it keeps sending me all around to different pages. Do I just request a shopping appointment instead?

Sorry you are experiencing that issue. The recommendation for support options depends on the issue that you are having. Some stores are really busy and allow you to create shopping appointments. If the issue is within software you may be able to solve it by making a request in the community thread or contact apple support via text or phone call.
