MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.2
YouTube videos have a "Share" button which will give you the URL. When the URL pops up, there is a "Copy" button that will load it into your macOS Clipboard.
You can then go to where you want to paste it, and either click Command-V or use the app's Edit -> Paste menu.

How to copy and paste on Mac - Apple Support
In the Address bar where the URL is - High Light it and press Command + c.
This will copy the URL to Clipboard and then paste where you want it on the computer
