Can I set up my teen w Apple Pay if she doesn’t have a debit card? Can I use her bank acct ?

Can I set up Apple Pay on my teen’s phone and use her own savings bank account? She doesn’t have a depot card.

How old is the teen? First, she is going to have to be 13 or older. From there, she is going to need a card. See the information in this support document on how to setup Apple Pay. Set up Apple Pay - Apple Support
