Deleting apple id

I’m wanting to start over on a new device with a brand new Apple ID. So I have a few questions. 1: how do I delete my old Apple ID (want to do so for security since I used a super old email) 2: will I be able to use the same number after I delete my Apple ID. 3: will deleting my Apple ID delete everything associated with it?

Hello in order to delete apple ID follow these steps

Open your browser and navigate to privacy.apple.com.
Sign in with the Apple ID you want to delete.
Scroll to the bottom of the page until you reach Delete your account.
Click Request to delete your account >.
Scroll to the bottom of the page, click the drop-down box, and select one of the following:

- I have concerns about the privacy of my data
- I want to stop using my account
- I think my account could be compromised and I want to protect my data
- I prefer not to say
- Other (please specify)

You should be able to use the same number on a new aple ID and yes it will delete the login of the accounts associted with it
