I am having issues updating my present payment method and also unable to add new payment method. I was having no money on the card at first before I was paid hence why I think I’m experiencing this.
I have logged out and tried contacting apple but to no avail. I’d appreciate if you can assist

What happens when you try to update the present payment method or add a new payment method? Error message(s)?
Have you logged into your account in the App Store/iTunes to see if you are able to change/verify it there? Or you can click the blue Edit payment methods in the article below. When signed in and the page loads, you will be on the credit card page. After updating that, click the Go Back button at the lower left and you will be on the address page. If you have a subscription, you need to add the new card, and then promote it to the primary payment method before you can remove the old card.
