Your account balance has been disabled. Please call 1‑800‑MY‑APPLE for help
Is there anyone that can assist at Apple in getting my account balance re-enabled?
I have been a loyal customer for 5+ years and now the first time trying to use my account balance to purchase a phone, my account balance gets disabled. No follow up email or notification to why.
Just a restriction to my account balance.
If there are guidelines to how the account balance should be used to order products i would really like some clarity.
I have contact the Apple Support team since 25th June 2022 until 4th July 2022 and i was still unable to get my account balance rectified.
Im in much need of assistance with this issue so if there is anyone in the Apple team that can review this for me i would gladly appreciate.
I tried to buy a Iphone 13 Pro Max and Iphone 11.
I know they are others suffering the same loss as well.
How do we resolve the issue "Your account balance has been disabled. Please call 1‑800‑MY‑APPLE for help."?
