Hi , is it possible to transfer “ voice memos” from my old iPad to my new one ?

Voice Memos can be simply synchronised between devices that are signed-in to iCloud with the same AppleID.

On both your old and new iPad:

Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > Voice Memos - set to ON
