I need to erase everything on Mac but it won’t turn on. Is there a way for Apple to remotely erase

Is there a way for Apple to remotely erase all the information on my old MacBook Air?

MacBook Air 13″, OS X 10.11

No. If it's completely dead, it's completely unresponsive to everybody.
