Hello! I made an online order and paid via Apple Pay, but there was some kind of error with the payment, my order canceled , the consultant said I’ll get money back in 7 business days. More than 7 days have passed, but I have not received the money

Contact the merchant to ensure that the refund has been initiated.

Refunds typically post in 30 days.
