What are the 26 reference numbers referring to on my credit card statement? Can they be used to identify the purchase?

there are no charges in my history that match what is on the credit card statement. There are no other users, I am the only one. I followed the next set of steps...I checked my emails for something starting with "receipt" and I don't have any receipts that match the amounts. Will the 26 digit number next to the date help identify the charge?
