Apple series 7 45mm watch red vertical line on left side of display

the watch has a red vertical line on the left side of the display. Depending on the application on the display you can see more or less of the line. When you power on the watch the line is not there but over time the line appears and does not go away. The series 7 is always on, So the line is always there.

have sent to apple repair 2 times, but they do not spend more than a few minutes looking at the issue and just send it back saying no issue found. Would taking to an Apple Store to actually show a person the issue help. I have sent photos to apple repair showing the issue, but they apparently did not look at them. Thanks
