I installed the Curb app on my phone but it doesn't give me a way to save the password. I tried going into passwords under settings but that requires me to enter a web address and this doesn't have one since it's an app.

You can actually still add the password manually. Just use the website the developer has listed on the app page. In this case it should be: https://mobileapp.gocurb.com/
Add your username and password and you should be good to go.
