Updated Software - Outgoing Google Voice Calls Say "User Busy"

I finally upgraded my iPhone SE to 15.5 and now every Google Voice call I make says "User Busy" but goes through if I call from my main number. GV is my work line. Please help! Yes, I restarted the phone again!

Thanks! Apparently it was a temporary Google issue and it's now been resolved!

When you call using GV it uses the cellular network to call the GV server, and the call goes over the cellular network. I’ve just tested it with 15.5 and it works on my 2 phones.
