How do I shut down voice control on my iPhone 13.

My iPhone 13 is stuck on voice control and I can’t get it to stop speaking about what is on the screen. I can’t even get it to shutdown. It’s reading everything to me, please help me with my phone.

To turn this off, you can go to Settings > Accessibility > VoiceOver > Toggle the switch that says “VoiceOver to the off position.
