Apple ID and Video Star

Hi There

I have just updated my daughters iPad to a Pro. Her old iPad was set up with my iCloud / Apple ID and she purchased many in app items on this. I have set her new iPad up with her own iCloud as she is now a teenager. One particular purchase she wants is from Video Star. Can she get her purchases from this? I don’t want to have to pay for them again
