On with the condition

Title -> Is -> Empty should find the ones with no title. I don't believe you can do one for no names.

I once had the directions for creating a Smart album for people faces with no name. I lost it and it no longer show on my account.

Can I pay for a support call to ask my question?

No idea, but save yourself some money: the options for the smart albums don't change if you call them to ask a question.
