Control Command Spacebar will bring up the character viewer 🤣

Use emoji and symbols on Mac - Apple Support

Frank all you have do is launch /Applications/Shortcuts.app and make up your own shortcuts

In Shortcut application click the thing you want and right hand window click the key combo you want to use! It's so easy even you can do it!
