iPhone not working with condo buzz in system

We just moved into a condo that anyone who wants to come into the building to visit or have packages delivered press our name at the front of the building which is supposed to ring to my cell and press 9 and it should buzz then unlock the door. It is hit/miss when it works most of the time miss. Management says they’ve never had this issue and has been in contact with the company that installed the intercom system and they’ve never heard of it either. I am a newly above knee amputee in a wheelchair and I need to be able to buzz people in because it is hard for me to get down to the front door. Help?

Proximity sensor iPhone 14 Pro Max Have an issue with proximity sensor. When I receive a call and see the slide to answer there is lock icon in dynamic island. I put it in my ear and screen goes off (correct) but when I move it away from my ear (to see the screen), the screen has a delay to show for 2 seconds. If I unlock the phone the delay goes away! Of course everything works ok when I call someone (because the phone it's already unlocked). Proximity sensor works great then. So what I mean is that proximity sensor is slow to lighten screen when the phone is locked. With my previous iPhone 13 Pro everything is ok. Any thoughts?

Your phone isn’t enabling the DTMF sender sometimes; this can happen if it doesn’t know the connection completed. It’s a hard problem to troubleshoot, but as a start try waiting for the 2nd or 3rd ring before answering. I know how hard that can be; it requires conscious effort.

Perhaps there may be an update to the iOS 15.(5?) which may help

While I've gotten almost nowhere with Siri, might be useful(?) And

iPhone user guide Table of Contents @ first item, helps find stuff.

In upper right side, 'Get Support' opens into a portal that eventually
